Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Geminiblue Consultancy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for the MyBillables application ("Service") across its various offerings, including standard subscriptions, 3-month licenses, 6-month licenses, and customized enterprise plans. By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are generally not provided for any fees once payment has been processed, as the Service (whether a subscription or a fixed-term license) is immediately accessible. However, exceptions may be considered under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Proven technical issues preventing access to or use of the core Service features that Geminiblue Consultancy is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors confirmed by Geminiblue Consultancy.

All requests for refunds are subject to review and approval by Geminiblue Consultancy at its sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with features or aspects of the Service (including subscriptions, 3-month licenses, 6-month licenses, and enterprise plans) that were clearly advertised or available for trial prior to purchase.
  • Failure to use the Service during the subscription or license period.
  • Cancellation of a subscription or fixed-term license mid-term (you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle or license period). This includes standard 12-month subscriptions, which are considered fixed-term contracts and are non-refundable after the initial period.
  • Changes in your business needs or personal circumstances.
  • Any issues arising from your failure to meet system requirements or follow provided instructions.
  • Termination of service by Geminiblue Consultancy due to a breach of the Terms of Service or any other valid reason. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription or license.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at legal@geminiblue.co.za within 7 days of the transaction date, providing a detailed explanation for your request and any relevant supporting documentation. Geminiblue Consultancy will review your request and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via PayFast) within 10-15 business days.

5. Changes to This Policy

Geminiblue Consultancy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
